No One Internet - Acceptable Usage Policy for Residential Broadband Customers

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The AUP outlines the expected conduct of users and specifies prohibited activities to protect
the integrity and performance of the network. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is designed
to ensure the responsible use of our broadband services by all users. By accessing or using
our services, you agree to comply with this AUP and to be responsible for any violations.

Our broadband service is designed and provided solely for personal and residential use within
your household. The service is not intended for commercial or business purposes, including
but not limited to operating a business, hosting servers, or any other enterprise functions.

However, incidental use for remote work by members of the household is permitted, provided
such usage does not:

• Involve continuous data-intensive activities that may adversely affect our network
performance or service quality for other customers.

• Include activities such as hosting public services, running data centres, or any similar
operations.

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns. If we detect usage that suggests the service
is being used for non-residential purposes, we may take appropriate actions, including
suspension or termination of service, or requiring you to transition to a business service plan.

AUP Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in activities including, but not limited to:

• Illegal Use: Using the service for any purpose that violates local, national, or
international laws or regulations.
• Harmful Activities: Engaging in activities that may harm or interfere with the
network, other users, or any third parties, such as distributing viruses, malware, or
other harmful software.

• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account,
computer system, or network, including any attempt to probe, scan, or test the
vulnerability of a system or network.

• Resale of Service: Reselling or redistributing the service to any third party without
our explicit written consent.

• Excessive Usage: Consistently using the service in a manner that imposes excessive
load on the network, affecting service quality for other users.

AUP Network Management
We employ reasonable network management practices to ensure an optimal experience for
all users. These practices may include monitoring network performance and traffic and, when
necessary, implementing measures to manage congestion or restrict excessive usage.

AUP Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in actions such as suspension, throttling or termination of
your service. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and to cooperate
with legal authorities as required.

AUP Modifications
We may modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
