CHOOSE NO ONE INTERNET
From ADSL to Full Fibre, we have broadband solutions across the spectrum to suit your business' needs.
No One Internet is proud to be a customer-focused business broadband provider, delivering not only a fast and reliable connection, but also excellent customer service and support.
So, whether you're looking for exceptionally fast Fibre broadband business deals, or a standard SoGEA connection, we've got you covered.
1000Mb/s down
115Mb/s up
FULL FIBRE BROADBAND
We deliver Full Fibre broadband at 100Mbps, 200Mbps, 500Mbps, and 900Mbps. Full Fibre is the fastest choice when it comes to broadband. It's also referred to as FTTP (Fibre-to-the-Premises) or FTTH (Fibre-to-the-Home). It essentially uses fibre optic cabling directly from the local exchange all the way to your premises, rather than using copper-based telephone lines like older broadband solutions do.
80Mb/s down
20Mb/s up
SUPERFAST BROADBAND
We define Superfast broadband as FTTC or SoGEA. FTTC stands for Fibre-to-the-Cabinet. SoGEA stands for "Single Order Generic Ethernet Access" The only difference between the two is that FTTC carries voice and data and SoGEA just carries data. Services are delivered via fibre optic cables from the local exchange to a green street cabinet, with the last leg delivered to your premises on copper-based wires. This allows for faster speeds than traditional ADSL broadband, but not as fast as Full Fibre.
24Mb/s down
1.4Mb/s up
ADSL BROADBAND
ADSL stands for Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line. This is delivered via copper-based cabling from the local exchange all the way to your premises. This is an older and more common broadband solution, and does not provide speeds as fast as FTTC / SoGEA or Full Fibre.
BONDED BROADBAND
If your business needs more bandwidth, but a more expensive leased line isn’t an option, then a bonded broadband solution may be the answer. The up-front cost is more expensive because you will need a dedicated router to bond the circuits, but the benefits are an increase in bandwidth and an element of redundancy. If one broadband goes down, the other will continue working (assuming the outage isn’t a local issue which could take both circuits down).
Broadband Care Level For Business
We deliver our business broadband through Openreach and CityFibre networks. These infrastructure providers are responsible for providing the physical cables between your business and the local aggregation point(s). As the ISP we backhaul your connection to our core network over a variety of carriers. Openreach and CityFibre both offer a Premium care package. The Openreach Premium care package delivers a fault resolution within 8 hours. The CityFibre Premium package delivers fault resolution within 8 working hours. Openreach and CityFibre "Standard" Care fixed no later than 11:59pm on the Business Day after the Business Day on which the fault was raised.
Premium Care Openreach
Openreach will clear the fault within 8 hours, excluding any allowable parked time.
Operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Premium Care CityFibre
Fault cleared within 8 BUSINESS hours, after the fault was notified.
